Booking Conditions

Full payment is required to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund is available with 30 days notice of cancellation. If less than 30 days a full refund is available only if we are able to fill your place after notice of cancellation.

What do we provide? As a visitor you are provided with all linen including towels, sheets, continental quilts, light doonas and pillows. All cooking and eating utensils along with tea, coffee and sugar.  Please bring personal toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook your meals.

Agnes Cottage is available from 2pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the morning of your departure unless other arrangements have been made prior to arrival.

We do realise that accidents happen.  If anything breaks or is not functioning properly please let us know straight away so that it can be replaced or fixed.

The cottage is for enjoyment of paying guests only.  Parties and loud music are not permitted.

Smoking is only permitted outdoors at Agnes Cottage.

Rubbish/Recycling Red lid bin is for rubbish and is picked up fortnightly on Tuesday. Green lid bin is picked up fortnightly on Thursdays.
